Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes cut into fries
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut fries with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with sliced green onions. Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
