Preparation Steps
- Melt either coconut oil or cacao butter in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until completely liquid, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer the liquid to a mixing bowl. Add peanut flour or nut butter and pure maple syrup. Stir vigorously until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into molds or spread on wax/parchment paper, smoothing to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes until solid.
- Once solid, remove from molds or break into pieces. Store in the freezer for the coconut oil version for freshness.
