Steps to Prepare
- Cook lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, and spread evenly.
- Prepare chocolate pudding as per instructions and pour over ricotta layer.
- Add a layer of whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the caramel layer.
- Repeat layering process with remaining ingredients, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans on the last layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
