- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, instant yeast, and honey. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add beaten eggs, all-purpose flour, and salt. Mix well, then incorporate softened butter and knead for 4-8 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, thyme, and sage to create garlic herb butter.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle and spread the garlic herb butter evenly. Roll into a tight log and form into an 'S' shape.
