Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Prepare the Steak: Pat steak cubes dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds. Combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. If thick, stir in reserved pasta water. Return seared steak to skillet, gently toss for 1 more minute.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Serve immediately, garnishing with toasted sesame seeds and chopped herbs.
