  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, cubed watermelon, diced cucumber, and chopped mint leaves. If using, add the crumbled feta cheese on top.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine, ensuring the dressing evenly coats the salad.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
