Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer chicken to the baking sheet, top with mozzarella, and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve.
