Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 2 large Lemons Fresh fruit providing acidity and flavor; scrub and wash them well before use.
  • 1 piece Ginger Adds a spicy kick and aids digestion; use a fresh piece, scrubbed and well-cleaned.
  • 3 tablespoons Raw Honey Natural sweetener; substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 2 cups Coconut Water Hydrating base that provides electrolytes; can replace with plain water if desired.
Infusion Ingredients
  • 2 bags Mint Tea Brew fresh or use tea bags for a soothing aroma and flavor.

Equipment

  • blender
  • Ice Cube Tray
  • Kettle

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by chopping the fresh lemons and ginger into small pieces for easier blending. Place them in a blender along with raw honey and coconut water. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Carefully pour the mixture into an ice cube tray, smoothing the top with a spatula if necessary. Place the tray in the freezer and allow it to freeze overnight, or for at least 6-8 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, boil water in a kettle. Pour the water over your mint tea bags in a teapot or mug and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add 2 frozen medicine ball cubes into the hot tea and stir gently. The heat will melt the cubes, creating a warm and flavorful elixir.
  5. Taste your drink and adjust sweetness with more honey or lemon if needed. Serve in a cozy mug, optionally garnished with a lemon slice or sprig of mint.
