Preparation Steps
- Start by chopping the fresh lemons and ginger into small pieces for easier blending. Place them in a blender along with raw honey and coconut water. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
 - Carefully pour the mixture into an ice cube tray, smoothing the top with a spatula if necessary. Place the tray in the freezer and allow it to freeze overnight, or for at least 6-8 hours.
 - When ready to serve, boil water in a kettle. Pour the water over your mint tea bags in a teapot or mug and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
 - Add 2 frozen medicine ball cubes into the hot tea and stir gently. The heat will melt the cubes, creating a warm and flavorful elixir.
 - Taste your drink and adjust sweetness with more honey or lemon if needed. Serve in a cozy mug, optionally garnished with a lemon slice or sprig of mint.
