In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and honey, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked penne pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
