  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted. Can use coconut oil for a dairy-free version.
For the Filling
  • 2 bars Milk Chocolate Candy Bars Use dark chocolate for a richer taste.
  • 4 Large Marshmallows Cut in half for even melting.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Finely crush graham crackers in a large bowl. Add powdered sugar and melted butter, mixing until combined.
  3. Grease a mini muffin pan. Divide crust mixture among muffin cups, pressing down firmly. Bake for 4-5 minutes until edges are golden.
  4. After cooling slightly, place milk chocolate in each cup, top with half a marshmallow cut-side down.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes until marshmallows puff and are golden.
  6. Allow to cool in muffin pan for a few minutes, then remove and serve warm or cool completely.
