- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Finely crush graham crackers in a large bowl. Add powdered sugar and melted butter, mixing until combined.
- Grease a mini muffin pan. Divide crust mixture among muffin cups, pressing down firmly. Bake for 4-5 minutes until edges are golden.
- After cooling slightly, place milk chocolate in each cup, top with half a marshmallow cut-side down.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes until marshmallows puff and are golden.
- Allow to cool in muffin pan for a few minutes, then remove and serve warm or cool completely.
