- In a large mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Stir until well mixed.
- Scoop out portions and form patties about 3 inches in diameter. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
