Preparation Steps
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and chili paste, then add chopped vegetables, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water and soak one rice paper wrapper at a time for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Place a fresh basil leaf in the center of the softened rice paper, spoon a portion of the beef filling onto the basil, and roll tightly.
- Arrange the rolls on a platter and serve with sweet chili sauce or peanut sauce for dipping.
