Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with oil. Add the lean ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in coarsely chopped pepperoni and the prepared spice mix, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Mix in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, allowing to simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Spoon a portion of the beef and pepperoni mixture onto each wrap, add low-fat mozzarella cheese, fold and roll tightly.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare air fryer. Place rolls seam-side down and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
