  1. Begin by adding the pitted Kalamata olives to your food processor. Pulse the olives for about 5 seconds until roughly chopped.
  2. Next, add the softened cream cheese to the food processor along with olive brine, dried onion, and garlic powder. Blend for another 5 seconds.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Pulse again for an additional 10 seconds until you achieve a creamy consistency.
