Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Begin by patting the pork chops dry with paper towels. This helps achieve a nice sear. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Place the seasoned pork chops in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
