Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  2. Wet your hands with water and shape the mixture into elongated ovals, about 2–3 inches long, and place on a platter.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Place the kofta on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  5. While grilling, prepare your garlic yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  6. Once kofta are cooked, serve them with the garlic yogurt sauce and enjoy!
