- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Wet your hands with water and shape the mixture into elongated ovals, about 2–3 inches long, and place on a platter.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
- Place the kofta on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- While grilling, prepare your garlic yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Once kofta are cooked, serve them with the garlic yogurt sauce and enjoy!
