Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Cut pumpkin into slices and roast for 15-20 minutes until soft.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pumpkin with gnocchi, cream, cheese, sage, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place the mixture in a baking dish and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden.
 - Chop pecans and sprinkle on top once dish is done. Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
