  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic for a robust taste
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs regular bread crumbs can be used
  • 1 large Egg binding agent
  • to taste teaspoon Salt
  • to taste teaspoon Pepper
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil for a higher smoke point

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients including ground chicken, fresh spinach, sharp white cheddar cheese, garlic powder, panko bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, grated white cheddar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, panko, and egg. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties approximately 1 inch thick and set them aside on a plate.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook on the other side for another 5-6 minutes.
  5. Transfer the cooked patties to toasted buns and serve with your favorite toppings.
