  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup pasta water reserved

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Add broccoli in the last 3 minutes, reserve pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear seasoned chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, and add red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, and reserved lemon juice and zest.
  5. Combine pasta, broccoli, and chicken in the skillet. Mix in reserved pasta water, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan and parsley.
