- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear seasoned chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, and add red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, and reserved lemon juice and zest.
- Combine pasta, broccoli, and chicken in the skillet. Mix in reserved pasta water, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan and parsley.
