Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients: coconut water, fresh ginger, honey, lemon, and mint tea.
  2. In a blender, combine coconut water, diced ginger, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for approximately 4 hours.
  4. Brew mint tea by boiling 2 cups of water and pouring it over mint tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
  5. Place frozen medicine ball bombs in a mug and pour brewed mint tea over them.
