Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut water or regular water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, adjust based on sweetness preference
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, coconut water, lime juice, and honey (if using).
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  4. Pour the slush into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  5. Serve immediately for the best texture.
