Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together one egg, 60 grams of Greek yogurt, and optional ground cinnamon and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gradually add 30 grams of protein powder and 60 milliliters of milk, mixing continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Soak each piece of bread in the custard mixture for approximately 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooking spray or butter, then transfer soaked bread slices onto the skillet.
  6. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from skillet and top with Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, or maple syrup.
