- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Gather all your ingredients.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 10-12 inches in diameter and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the edges of the pizza dough with olive oil for added flavor and a golden finish.
- Pre-bake the crust in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, until set but not browned.
- Remove the crust from the oven and dollop burrata cheese evenly across the warm crust.
- Layer the prosciutto slices over the burrata and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle fresh basil, sea salt, and black pepper over the top. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes if desired.
