  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 10-12 inches in diameter and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Brush the edges of the pizza dough with olive oil for added flavor and a golden finish.
  4. Pre-bake the crust in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, until set but not browned.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and dollop burrata cheese evenly across the warm crust.
  6. Layer the prosciutto slices over the burrata and drizzle with honey.
  7. Sprinkle fresh basil, sea salt, and black pepper over the top. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes if desired.
