Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and well combined.
Spoon the beef mixture onto the hamburger buns and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
