- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder. Use a whisk to mix well, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until a dough begins to form, about 3-5 minutes.
- If the mixture seems dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until a smooth consistency is achieved, around 2-3 minutes.
- Roll a tablespoon of the mixture into a 1-inch ball and place onto a parchment-lined tray. This should take about 5-10 minutes.
- Chill the tray with protein balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
