- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
 - In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and crushed peanuts, then add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, milk, eggs, and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
 - Gradually add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir gently and fold in the chopped strawberries.
 - Dollop strawberry jam on top of the batter and gently fold to create a marbled effect.
 - Pour the batter into the loaf pan and evenly sprinkle the chilled streusel topping over it.
