Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream optional, for topping
  • Chopped peanuts optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the cold brew coffee, creamy peanut butter, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the peanut butter cold brew mixture over the ice.
  4. If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped peanuts for added texture and flavor.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing drink!
