- Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows and stir continuously for 2-4 minutes until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup of smooth peanut butter until combined.
- Fold in 3 cups of cornflake cereal until coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, press down firmly, and let cool for 30 minutes.
