Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together the unsalted butter, creamy peanut butter, and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, then add the pure vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the all-purpose flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Press about two-thirds of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  6. Spread the strawberry jam over the dough layer evenly.
  7. Crumble the remaining dough over the jam layer.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and springy to touch.
  9. Cool completely in the pan before lifting out and slicing into squares.
