Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Red and blue sprinkles for decoration
  • Lollipop sticks or skewers

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the cheesecake mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. While the cheesecake pops are freezing, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth.
  7. Once the cheesecake pops are firm, dip each one into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  8. Immediately sprinkle with red and blue sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  9. Return the pops to the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive treats!
