- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the greased mini muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
