Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into ½-inch thick slices and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the egg if using and mix well.
  4. Form the meat mixture into patties that fit on the cabbage slices and press them gently onto the cabbage.
