Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Shape the meat mixture into patties and place each on a cabbage slice on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until the cabbage is tender and meat reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. If desired, sprinkle cheese on each patty and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with garnishes and sauces as desired.
