- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x11-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Crush the 25 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
- Melt 1/2 cup of salted butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the melted butter over the crushed Oreos and mix until fully coated.
- Press the Oreo and butter mixture into the prepared baking dish to create the crust.
- Evenly pour a 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk over the pressed Oreo crust.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of peanut butter chips over the condensed milk.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool for about 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
