Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and ground ginger until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper.
Brush the orange glaze generously over the salmon fillets, reserving some for later.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
In the last 2 minutes of baking, switch the oven to broil and broil the salmon for an additional 1-2 minutes to caramelize the glaze. Keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.
Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle with the reserved glaze. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
