Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the orange glaze over the salmon, making sure to coat it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
For an extra caramelized finish, broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of the baking time, watching closely to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh orange slices and chopped parsley before serving.
