- Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30-45 seconds until soft.
- Mix dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and kosher sea salt in a large bowl.
- Cream melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Add orange zest and vanilla, mixing well.
