Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by dicing your chicken, sausage, and vegetables. Gather your spices, rice, and chicken broth.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown the diced chicken for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the sausage and vegetables to the pan. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in the rice and Cajun seasoning, then add chicken broth and return the browned chicken.
