- Crush the pretzels into small pieces in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir in the salted caramel sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the crushed pretzels and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined 9x9-inch baking dish and press firmly into an even layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
- Melt the chocolate chips and pour over the chilled base, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top and let the chocolate set before cutting into bars.
