Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and place 2 slices of provolone, 3 ounces of roast beef, and a handful of fried onions on one half.
  3. Brush olive oil on the inside edge, then tightly roll the tortilla and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas and lightly coat the tops with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. In a saucepan, combine the beef consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Let the roll ups rest for 2 minutes, slice into portions, and serve with warm au jus.
