Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugars, eggs, oil, milk, bourbon, maple extract, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mash the bananas and fold them into the wet ingredients.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped toffee.
  7. Grease two loaf pans with cooking spray and pour the batter into them.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
