Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sugars, eggs, oil, milk, bourbon, maple extract, and vanilla extract.
- Mash the bananas and fold them into the wet ingredients.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
- Fold in the chopped toffee.
- Grease two loaf pans with cooking spray and pour the batter into them.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
