  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.

  5. Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the Caesar dressing over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
