Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and lightly spritzing it with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped fresh spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, one large egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined but slightly crumbly.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each scoop slightly and leaving space between them.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and tops are dry.
  5. Remove the crisps from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
