Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of vanilla wafer crumbs, 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lime juice, 2 ounces of tequila, and ½ ounce of orange liqueur. Use a spatula to mix until the ingredients are well blended and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
- Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, take portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix together ½ cup of powdered sugar and the zest of 1 lime. Roll each ball in the mixture until they are fully coated.
- Place the coated Margarita Balls on the parchment-lined tray and refrigerate them for at least 1-2 hours.
- Once chilled, arrange the Margarita Balls on a decorative platter and serve as a refreshing treat.

Notes
Ensure all ingredients, especially cream cheese, are at room temperature for easier blending. Allow the Margarita Balls to chill thoroughly before serving for the best texture and flavor melding.
