- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, and 1/4 cup of milk. Season with salt and pepper. Mix gently and press into the baking dish.
