Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or ground turkey), breadcrumbs, finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Knead the mixture gently until well integrated.
- Form small meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the spicy mayo dip before serving.
- Once the meatballs are done baking, allow them to cool slightly, then serve alongside the spicy mayo dip.
