- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon until smooth.
- Unroll crescent roll dough, and place a jalapeño half at the wide end of each triangle, fill with cheese mixture.
- Roll the crescent rolls around the jalapeño half, sealing the edges.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
