Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced jalapeños fresh or pickled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips for topping
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
