Method
 

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the flavored syrup over the ice.
  3. Slowly add the club soda to the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the syrup.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk the heavy cream until slightly thickened but still pourable.
  5. Carefully pour the whipped cream over the soda mixture in the glass.
