Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and sea salt.
  3. Melt coconut oil, maple syrup, molasses, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low heat.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and press down to form clusters.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Let the granola cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before breaking into clusters.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
